About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide top-level administrative support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bilingual Support: Provide bilingual support in English and Mandarin, with the ability to interpret and translate documents and communicate with business partners in China.
  • Calendar Management: Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments, and ensuring seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Assist the CEO in preparing for meetings, drafting documents, and coordinating cross-functional projects.
  • Communication: Respond to emails and document requests on behalf of the CEO, and draft slides, meeting notes, and documents as required.
  • Logistics: Coordinate travel arrangements, manage expense reports, and ensure the smooth operation of the CEO's office.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 20 years' experience in administration, HR, and operations.
  • Skills: Ability to quickly learn complex and professional knowledge in different disciplines, commitment to confidentiality, and adept at handling sensitive information.
  • Personal Qualities: Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a driver's license with a good driving record.
