Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Market Center Operations Manager to join our team at Keller Williams Realty Atlanta Partners Barrow Jackson. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all accounting functions, including handling escrow deposits, commissions, accounts receivable, and direct communication with agents.
  • Ensure accurate updates in our CRM system and MLS for agent splits and new coaching agents.
  • Manage accounts payable invoices, credit card receipts, and complete daily financial reports.
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly MLS updates to ensure compliance and smooth transactions.
  • Provide exceptional service to agents, including onboarding, tech setup, virtual training sessions, and monthly office meeting presentations.
  • Maintain office technology, social media platforms, and renew licenses and MLS board status.
  • Attend industry meetings, update our command center, and implement strategies for agent retention.
  • Handle office management tasks, including payroll, employee setup, office systems maintenance, and office functions setup.
  • Engage in growth initiative conversations, construct projections, communicate actual numbers, and build the Market Center's value package.
  • Establish systems for associates' CGI goals, take minutes in ALC meetings, and consult on business-building fundamentals.
  • Lead support systems, oversee purchasing and maintenance of office equipment, record meeting minutes, and conduct retention care calls.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Previous experience in operations and accounting within the real estate industry.
  • Proficiency in utilizing KW Tech tools, such as Command, Docusign, and Showing-time.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish strong relationships with agents and team members.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to efficiently manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and empower team members.
  • Familiarity with office management and payroll procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Strong analytical skills to review accounts receivable, make care calls regarding balances, and communicate directly with agents about commissions and escrow availability.
  • Ability to support new agent onboarding and conduct one-on-one sessions to set up KW Tech tools and other essential systems.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms to maintain office technology and engage with the real estate community.
  • A customer-centric approach focused on delivering excellent service to agents and clients.
  • Familiarity with MLS updates and licensing services for agents to ensure compliance and smooth transactions.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset that seeks opportunities to enhance processes and support market center growth.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.
