- Strong Computer Skills: Possess strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software.
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to de-escalate high-stress calls.
- Ability to Obtain Federal Security Clearance: Ability to obtain federal security clearance.
- Reliable Transportation: Possess reliable transportation to and from work.
This position requires flexibility to work evenings, based on our business needs. During peak seasons throughout the year, hours of operation may be extended.
- Monday: 8:00 am - 9:00 pm
- Tuesday - Wednesday: 8:00 am - 8:00 pm
- Thursday - Friday: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
