Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Medicare Sales Representative to join our team at Humana. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with our customers, external business partners, and the community we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with customers, external business partners, and the community through telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet sales goals and metrics.
  • Build and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Active Health & Life Insurance licenses or ability to obtain.
  • Ability to build community relationships, drive self-generated sales, and meet sales goals and metrics while working independently.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to navigate mobile apps and have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
  • This role is part of Humana's Driver safety program and requires an individual to have a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100/300/100 limits.
  • Must reside in the local territory.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
  • Engaged with the community through service, organizations, activities, and volunteerism.
  • Bilingual with the ability to speak, read, and write in both English and Spanish, Creole, French, Hindi, and/or Punjabi without limitations or assistance.
