Medicare Sales Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Medicare Sales Representative to join our team at Humana. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with our customers, external business partners, and the community we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with customers, external business partners, and the community through telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face interactions.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet sales goals and metrics.
- Build and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Active Health & Life Insurance licenses or ability to obtain.
- Ability to build community relationships, drive self-generated sales, and meet sales goals and metrics while working independently.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to navigate mobile apps and have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
- This role is part of Humana's Driver safety program and requires an individual to have a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100/300/100 limits.
- Must reside in the local territory.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
- Engaged with the community through service, organizations, activities, and volunteerism.
- Bilingual with the ability to speak, read, and write in both English and Spanish, Creole, French, Hindi, and/or Punjabi without limitations or assistance.
