About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Private Duty Nurse. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will provide one-on-one care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. Your expertise and kindness will make a lasting impact on their lives.
Responsibilities- Implement physicians' prescribed plans of care with precision and attention to detail.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and coordinate care with our multidisciplinary team.
- Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies with accuracy and compassion.
- Document care provided in our system of record, ensuring compliance and timeliness.
- Teach and train family members on health promotion and disease management.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, clients, family members, and staff to ensure seamless care.
- Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
- Current CPR certification from a recognized organization.
- TB skin test (current within the last 12 months).
- At least six months of prior hands-on nursing experience (preferred but not required).
- Reliable transportation for patient visits.
