About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Private Duty Nurse RN to join our team. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will provide one-on-one care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping our patients transition from hospital to home and ensuring they receive the continuous care they need to thrive.

Responsibilities
  • Implement physicians' prescribed plans of care
  • Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
  • Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
  • Document care provided in our system of record
  • Teach and train family members on health promotion and disease management
  • Collaborate with physicians, clients, family members, and staff to address patient concerns and changes in condition
Requirements
  • Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
  • TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
  • At least six months of prior hands-on nursing experience
  • Reliable transportation
