Position Overview:
We are seeking a Client Service Representative to fulfill a vital role within our organization. This position will report directly to the Branch Manager and will be accountable for ensuring the quality of services delivered in the client care environment, alongside providing exceptional customer service and sales support for Gentiva Personal Care. Responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the primary contact for client inquiries and support.
  • Facilitating communication with clients and their responsible parties to coordinate service plans.
  • Introducing new Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) for any changes in client schedules.
  • Overseeing existing client appreciation initiatives, such as sending birthday, holiday, and sympathy cards, and innovating new ways to show client appreciation.
  • Documenting all client interactions in the designated system.
  • Collaborating with Branch and Staffing Managers to address client concerns, minimize unnecessary discharges, and enhance customer retention.

Compensation:
Compensation for this role may vary within the provided salary range based on various factors, including but not limited to location, experience, education, skills, certifications, and departmental equity. Gentiva offers a comprehensive benefits package, of which base pay is just one component.

Salary Range: $25/hr to $28/hr

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of two years of office experience and familiarity with filing systems.
  • Two to five years of customer service experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the Matrix system is advantageous.
  • Understanding of relevant State and Federal regulations, as well as labor laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential.
  • Frequent telephone communication is required.
  • Local travel may be necessary.
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English is mandatory.
