Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team as the Manager of Child and Adolescent Counseling Services at Palm Careers LLC.

About the Role: As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the administrative and program planning, supervision, and clinical oversight of our Child and Adolescent Outpatient, School-Based Programs, and Intensive Home-Based Therapy (IHBT) services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Management: Develop and implement effective program strategies to meet the needs of clients and stakeholders.
  • Program Budget and Objectives: Manage program budgets and develop objectives to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Program Growth and Expansion: Identify opportunities for program growth and expansion, and develop strategies to achieve these goals.
  • Program Development: Develop and implement new programs and services to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all services are delivered in accordance with regulatory requirements and performance standards.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with program operations.
  • Employee Evaluations: Conduct regular evaluations of employees to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: Must possess an Independent License from the state of Ohio as an LISW, LPCC, or IMFT, with 5 years of clinical experience providing behavioral health services to children and adolescents, and 2 years of supervisory experience.
