Overview of the Role
The Manager of Residential Clinical Services oversees the administration, development, evaluation, and coordination of clinical offerings within the residential program. This position ensures adherence to all regulatory standards and the overall success of the clinical services division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise behavioral health services with a multidisciplinary team focused on delivering residential treatment and clinical support for youth.
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure clinical decision-making aligns with best practices and regulatory compliance.
  • Enhance the quality of clinical services through continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and provide necessary clinical assessments and counseling.
  • Manage clinical staff, ensuring effective performance and adherence to professional standards.
  • Participate in the development of new programs and services to meet client needs.
  • Represent the program in community engagements and collaborations.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A master's degree in social work or counseling.
  • At least five years of experience in mental health services, particularly in residential settings.
  • Clinical and supervisory experience with youth facing complex challenges.
  • Licensure as a Licensed Independent Social Worker-Supervisor or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor-Supervisor in Ohio.
