Job Title: ECMH Social Worker - Full Time Position

Job Summary:

Achievement Centers for Children is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Worker to join our ECMH team. As a Social Worker, you will provide home and community-based behavioral health services for infants and children up to age 6 and their families.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Build strong partnerships with parents, young children, and an interdisciplinary team to address relationship and behavioral challenges
  • Advocate on behalf of clients and their families to ensure access to necessary resources and services
  • Contribute to the development of a foundation for life-long social and emotional well-being for young children
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations and clinical guidelines

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, LSW
  • DC:0-5 training a plus, with the ability to identify social-emotional and developmental challenges within infants and toddlers
  • Knowledge of early childhood development and family dynamics
  • Experience with home/community visiting and adapting to diverse family situations
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain a positive attitude while supporting clients and addressing concerns
  • Cultural competency to develop a working partnership with a diverse clientele
  • Bilingual abilities a plus
