Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, assisting them in selecting a vehicle, and providing exceptional sales and service experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Build relationships and create customers for life by asking questions, listening carefully to their responses, and providing personalized solutions.
  • Vehicle Expertise: Stay up-to-date on product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technology to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
  • Demonstrations and Presentations: Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles to showcase features and benefits.
  • Follow-up and Referrals: Follow up with buyers to ensure referral business and maintain a strong customer base.
  • Sales and Negotiation: Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations by providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
  • Reporting and Communication: Directly report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
Requirements:
  • Availability: Available to work flexible hours and weekends to meet customer needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product offerings and features.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with customers, including verbal and written communication.
  • Professional Appearance: Professional, well-groomed personal appearance and a clean driving record.
  • Background Check: Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
