Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Hudson store. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and offering suggestions to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently, handling customer transactions and processing payments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and checkout areas.
  • Assist guests with finding products, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
