About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at Uline, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Communicate with customers to resolve their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Order Processing: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of products.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of Uline's products and services to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the call center team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you to provide legendary service for our customers.
