Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Festival Foods. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for creating a warm and friendly shopping experience for our guests. You will engage with others, answer questions, offer suggestions, and make sure our guests know they are cared for and welcomed.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, answering questions, offering suggestions, and ensuring they have a positive shopping experience.
  • Cash Handling: Operate the cash register in an accurate and efficient manner, handling customer transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain a clean and stocked store environment, including restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and rotating stock.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other associates to achieve sales goals, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment, able to multitask, and prioritize tasks to meet customer needs.
