About the Role

The Business Development Manager will form the core of our Business Development team, interacting daily with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to educate them on our services and encourage referrals. Key responsibilities include:

  • Increasing new patient encounters by identifying potential referral sources and attending local networking events
  • Strategically targeting and cold-calling new providers to establish relationships and grow the territory
  • Conducting pre-call planning and call objectives to optimize travel routes and manage time efficiently
  • Working closely with providers and healthcare partners to ensure patient needs are exceeded
  • Setting up and managing local events to increase brand recognition and patient interest

Qualifications
