Account Executive, Entry Role Overview

Aon is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive, Entry to join our team in Norwalk, CT. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

In this role, you will work closely with senior client decision-makers and day-to-day client contacts to retain and grow Aon's business. You will also be responsible for coordinating with brokers to develop and deliver renewal strategies, facilitating critical relationships between clients, Aon, and insurers, and ensuring client service team understanding of client needs and service delivery methods.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 3 years of Property & Casualty (P&C) experience, strong organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills, and excellent digital literacy. You will also need to have an active Property & Casualty license and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and drive business growth
  • Coordinate with brokers to develop and deliver renewal strategies
  • Facilitate critical relationships between clients, Aon, and insurers
  • Ensure client service team understanding of client needs and service delivery methods
  • Develop and implement client-specific renewal strategies
  • Manage input to and follow-up on invoicing and receivables process for assigned clients
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of Property & Casualty (P&C) experience
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills
  • Excellent digital literacy
  • Active Property & Casualty license
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry experience
