Business Development Representative

Onward Search is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and research potential clients in the creative and tech industries.
  • Develop targeted prospect lists and execute outbound campaigns to generate qualified leads.
  • Utilize various channels to engage prospects and initiate conversations about our staffing and consulting services.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience in sales or business development, with a passion for the creative marketing industry.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business results.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary: $60,000 - $65,000 (based on experience).
