We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Controller to join our growing controllership team. In this role, you will oversee the financial operations of two entities, playing a key role in shaping financial decisions and driving operational excellence.

About the Role
  • Oversee all accounting and financial reporting activities for two entities within the holdings company.
  • Ensure accurate and timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
  • Lead financial decision-making by providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth and strategy execution.
  • Manage audits and liaise with external auditors and tax advisors.
  • Mentor and develop junior accounting staff, fostering an environment of continuous learning and professional growth.
Requirements
  • 10-15 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • CPA certification or equivalent strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
  • Proven ability to drive financial strategies and support business decision-making.
  • Experience with multi-entity accounting or working in a holdings company is a plus.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems; Oracle/SAP or similar.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
