About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at ISSA. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and qualify potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
  • Utilize our CRM tool to manage leads and sales activities, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
  • Sell membership, educational, and certification programs to customers through a consultative sales approach.
  • Nurture and close leads, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Discover and recommend new product ideas to meet customer needs.
  • Achieve and exceed sales performance goals, driving revenue growth and business expansion.
  • Maintain strong business relationships with customers, ensuring loyalty and retention.
  • Attend industry events and tradeshows to generate leads and build relationships.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of traditional and emerging marketing/sales tactics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and efficiently under deadlines.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with trade associations or similar not-for-profit environments.
  • Knowledge of the cleaning, facilities management, and/or restoration industry.
