Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at ISSA. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect and qualify potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
- Utilize our CRM tool to manage leads and sales activities, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
- Sell membership, educational, and certification programs to customers through a consultative sales approach.
- Nurture and close leads, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Discover and recommend new product ideas to meet customer needs.
- Achieve and exceed sales performance goals, driving revenue growth and business expansion.
- Maintain strong business relationships with customers, ensuring loyalty and retention.
- Attend industry events and tradeshows to generate leads and build relationships.
- Strong understanding of traditional and emerging marketing/sales tactics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and efficiently under deadlines.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Experience working with trade associations or similar not-for-profit environments.
- Knowledge of the cleaning, facilities management, and/or restoration industry.
