AIRCRAFT STRUCTURES SPECIALIST Job Summary:
HQ Aero Management Inc. is actively seeking skilled Aircraft Structures Specialists. The role involves ensuring the safety and airworthiness of the company's aircraft by adhering to maintenance manuals and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:


As an Aircraft Structures Specialist, your duties will include: Conducting maintenance on aircraft and components as specified in the relevant work forms, following the manufacturer's Maintenance Manual and the approved maintenance program.

Keeping the workspace organized and clean; accurately completing all documentation and records in a timely manner.

Ensuring the aircraft remains in a safe and airworthy state according to the company's maintenance guidelines and Federal Aviation Regulations.

Exemplifying ethical conduct, fostering a professional work atmosphere, and supporting the mission of the organization.

Additional related tasks may be assigned. Compliance with general work regulations and company policies relevant to your role is expected.

Qualifications, Experience & Requirements:
A minimum of two years of experience in sheet metal work is required. Experience with ATR 42's and ATR 72's is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. A high school diploma or GED is mandatory. A standard aviation tool kit is required. Successful candidates must pass a Criminal Background Check and comply with FAA Drug and Alcohol screening requirements.

Maintenance operations will take place in a hangar and ramp setting, adhering to FAR Part 145 regulations.
