Your Role
As a Lead HVAC Technician, you will oversee our HVAC operations. You will be the go-to leader for our team in the field, managing a group of service technicians with varying levels of experience. Your responsibilities will include conducting daily check-ins, reinforcing company protocols, and maximizing training opportunities.
In addition to mentoring and supervising your team, you will work alongside them, utilizing your expertise to troubleshoot and service residential and light commercial systems. To ensure high-quality service, you will maintain open communication with customers, team members, and management.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- EPA Certification and 5-7 years of HVAC experience, demonstrating a strong performance history in the industry.
- Proficient problem solver with experience in troubleshooting, repairing, servicing, and/or installing various HVAC systems.
- Experience in managing technicians or employees for efficient operations.
- Commitment to quality work, prioritizing excellence over speed.
- Strong communication skills, enabling quick connections with customers and a drive for positive reviews.
- Trustworthy and reliable, earning the confidence of clients in their homes.
- Ambitious with a desire for rapid skill and career development.
- NATE certification and familiarity with Service Titan are advantageous but not mandatory.
