Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve results as outlined in the Member Solutions Center performance metrics, balancing operational efficiency with quality interactions.
  • Engage with members via phone, ensuring a high standard of service and a solid understanding of credit union offerings.
  • Utilize available resources effectively, including an internal knowledge base, to assist members.
  • Assess member needs and provide tailored recommendations for products and services.
  • Resolve member inquiries and troubleshoot issues using appropriate tools and resources.
  • Exercise sound judgment in addressing member requests and provide effective solutions.
  • Document member interactions accurately to reflect the experience.
  • Communicate complex information clearly and simply, avoiding jargon.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to address member concerns.
  • Foster positive relationships with team members and other departments to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Willingness to work on-site with potential for hybrid arrangements.
  • Experience in a financial institution, contact center, or customer service setting preferred.
  • Associate's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with web browsers and operating systems.
  • Ability to discuss and adapt to complex digital tools and technologies.
