Job Title: Contract Administrator

About the Role:
Jobot is seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to join our team. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the entire contract administration process, from bidding to negotiation, execution, and review. You will partner with internal teams and the procurement team to develop and implement contract strategies that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Managing the entire contract administration process, from bidding to negotiation, execution, and review.
• Partnering with internal teams and the procurement team to develop and implement contract strategies that meet business objectives.
• Performing quality control checks to ensure compliance with all contractual terms and conditions.
• Identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
• Negotiating and editing a variety of service, material, and equipment contracts, master agreements, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and information technology protection agreements.
• Collaborating with legal and financial teams to ensure contracts are legally sound and financially viable.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date contract records and documentation.

Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in contract administration or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in quality control, cost control, and risk mitigation.
Proficiency in negotiating and editing a variety of service, material, and equipment contracts; A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
