Job Summary

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing strategic sourcing for power generation operations, safety, engineering, and maintenance. This role requires a strong understanding of contract administration and a proven ability to manage multiple complex projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and negotiate contracts with national/international suppliers while managing risk and costs
  • Monitor market trends and conduct analysis for equipment, commodities, and labor costs
  • Drive supplier diversity initiatives and develop alternate supply sources
  • Manage supplier performance and maintain compliance documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years sourcing experience, or equivalent combination
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
