As a Contract Administrator, you will play a key role in executing strategic sourcing for power generation operations, safety, engineering, and maintenance. You will lead cross-functional teams on complex projects from strategy development through contract performance, develop and negotiate contracts with national/international suppliers, and build strong relationships with stakeholders and understand business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor market trends and conduct analysis for equipment, commodities, and labor costs
  • Drive supplier diversity initiatives and develop alternate supply sources
  • Manage supplier performance and maintain compliance documentation
  • Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers and internal teams

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years sourcing experience, or equivalent combination
  • Energy/utility industry experience preferred
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
  • Professional certification (CPSM, CPM) preferred

This is a direct hire Contract Administrator position with great growth opportunity. The salary is $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
