Position Overview & Responsibilities:


As a vital member of our clinic, the Front Office Supervisor will oversee and manage the daily operations of the front office. This role is essential in ensuring a positive patient experience and effective clinic performance.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Achieve and maintain performance metrics related to patient visits and evaluations.
2. Collaborate closely with Clinic Managers to enhance operational efficiency.
3. Work alongside the Front Office Manager to recruit, interview, and onboard new staff members.
4. Act as a primary point of contact for patients, contributing to overall clinic volume.
5. Provide guidance and coaching to staff focused on front office performance, referral management, and customer service standards.
6. Analyze referral data and key performance indicators (KPIs).
7. Manage front office staffing, including scheduling and time-off requests.
8. Engage in regular one-on-one meetings with the Front Office Manager.
9. Foster effective communication with insurance verification, authorization, and billing teams.
10. Undertake additional tasks or special projects as needed.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum requirement of a High School diploma or GED.
2. Proficient typing skills, with a preference for 45 words per minute.
3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Excellent organizational abilities with a focus on prioritization.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard office technology.
6. Solid understanding of medical billing and reimbursement processes.
7. Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounts receivable principles.
8. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
9. Strong customer service orientation.
10. Familiarity with federal and state employment regulations.
