Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Front Office Customer Service Team Leader to join our growing organization. This position offers a competitive salary range and is ideal for individuals with a strong background in sales and team leadership within the retail sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspire, guide, and oversee a team of Customer Service Representatives across multiple locations, ensuring they deliver exceptional service and achieve sales objectives.
  • Manage the onboarding and sales process for new clientele, focusing on maximizing conversion rates from inquiries and walk-ins. Promote additional sales of accessories and services to enhance revenue.
  • Supervise customer interactions regarding repairs and returns, ensuring a swift, efficient, and high-quality service experience.
  • Analyze performance metrics and utilize data-driven insights to foster continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies aimed at boosting customer satisfaction and loyalty, while maintaining and enhancing store ratings on review platforms.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2C or retail sales, preferably in leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated experience managing teams of 10 or more individuals.
  • Background in retail, particularly in electronics or similar sectors, is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, operational, and leadership capabilities.
  • Proficiency in additional languages (such as French or Spanish) is a plus.
