Job Title: Technical Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Technical Marketing Manager to play a crucial role in both tactical and strategic marketing activities. As a subject matter expert on Modern Application Delivery, Security, and AI solutions, you will be responsible for understanding customer needs, supporting the development of effective marketing campaigns and content, and collaborating with various teams to drive consistent messaging and enhance our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify customer pain points and develop solution messaging and positioning.
  • Work closely with Product Marketers to align F5 portfolio value proposition and messaging with market needs and customer pain points.
  • Ensure F5's positioning and messaging are consistently integrated into use-case development.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to create compelling use-case materials.
  • Create and optimize CXO and Buyer persona-based content, such as industry-specific content addressing the unique needs of different verticals, infographics, eBooks, and webinars.
  • Build and maintain web pages, ensuring content is informative, engaging, and aligned with customer needs.
  • Support sales initiatives and campaigns, optimizing SEO and SEM to enhance online solution visibility and engagement.
  • Research and understand new and adjacent markets to identify growth opportunities, developing strategies to penetrate these markets effectively.
  • Utilize innovative storytelling techniques to enhance marketing materials, creating compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences.
  • Share insights and knowledge with internal teams, conducting training sessions and workshops to enhance team capabilities.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and insights, using findings to refine marketing strategies and improve sales enablement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical marketing or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of the Application Delivery, Security, and AI industry, market trends.
  • Experience with SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Ability to curate content for customers and for sales enablement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
