About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director of Product Growth to lead the growth strategy for Adobe Express, an all-in-one design, video, photo, and PDF app. As a key member of the Adobe Express product leadership team, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention, as well as monetization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a distributed team of Growth Product Managers to drive excellence in Product-Led Growth (PLG) methodologies and execution.
- Develop and execute a bold experimentation roadmap to uncover insights and drive user success.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Design, Research, Engineering, and Data Science, to ensure the execution of Adobe Express' growth strategy.
- Drive the development of sophisticated growth strategies and implementation with product adoption.
- Navigate within a highly matrixed organization to influence others and drive business outcomes.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience leading large teams in B2C and B2B product management and product growth & marketing on web and mobile apps.
- Proven expertise in Product-Led Growth (PLG) to deliver strong product and business outcomes.
- Deep understanding of growth strategies and implementation with product adoption.
- Exceptional executive presence to influence others and drive business outcomes.
