Product Marketing Director for Adobe Acrobat

The OpportunityThis is a highly visible role that requires a strategic thinker with a passion for innovation in AI-driven productivity. As a Product Marketing Director, you'll partner closely with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive marketing strategies that drive awareness and adoption of new features.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive business results, aligning with overall business objectives and target audience preferences.
- Define compelling messaging for new features, highlighting key benefits and value propositions to resonate with target audiences.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create high-quality marketing collateral, including blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies.
- Cultivate relationships with key customers to gather testimonials and user-generated content, leveraging their experiences to drive feature adoption.
- Develop deep knowledge of the Acrobat business, generative models, and market trends to inform marketing strategies.
- Define critical metrics for measuring success across Acrobat product marketing activities.
- Lead a cross-functional team to deliver on key success factors across all aspects of the GTM strategy.
- 15+ years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on feature promotion and adoption.
- Proven experience in driving business results in a matrixed organization.
- Strong EQ, influencing skills, and leadership ability.
- Self-starter and proactive leader with a drive to constantly optimize and improve.
- Strong executive presence and excellent communication skills.
San Francisco/San Jose. Ability to work cross-geo hours with India teams.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $136,600 -- $297,600 annually.
