Office Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Bulldog Group Inc. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office and supporting our team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to our team members, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve office efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Previous office administrative experience required.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
