Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Academy Internship Program Coordinator. In this role, you will assist with the development and implementation of training programs, provide administrative support to the training team, and maintain accurate records of training activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Program Development
    • Assist in the creation and maintenance of training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online content
    • Help to identify and assess training needs within the organization
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and deliver training programs
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the training team, including scheduling, data entry, and record-keeping
    • Assist with the coordination of training events and activities
    • Help to maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, evaluations, and feedback
  • Learning Management System (LMS) Support
    • Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of the LMS, including user management, course creation, and system testing
    • Help to troubleshoot technical issues with the LMS and provide basic user support
  • Training Thruput Tracking
    • Track and analyze training data to identify trends and areas for improvement
    • Help to develop and implement strategies to improve training effectiveness
  • Scheduling and Calendar Management
    • Assist with the scheduling of training events and activities
    • Help to maintain accurate records of training schedules and calendars
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as education, training and development, or business administration
    • 1-2 years of experience in a training or administrative role
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems
