We are seeking a Director for the Jacobs Missile Defense Group's (JMDG's) Program Management & Integration (PM&I) Department. JMDG operates as a single-client Performance Unit (PU) supporting the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The PM&I Department is tasked with the integration of the program and oversees governance and standards across program-level functions, including systems engineering, configuration management, project controls, mission & quality assurance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

The Program Integration Executive will support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The individual will:

Provide leadership and direction in the following areas:

  • Operations: Oversee operations related to Program Integration, Contract Performance Management, Project Controls, Process Engineering & Management, Enterprise Architecture, and Enterprise Systems Engineering. Manage internal and external communications and functional program activities to achieve cost, schedule, and performance goals.
  • Leadership and Management: Emphasize continuous improvement; strategically allocate and forecast resources to ensure the sustainability and growth of technical expertise within the department; foster coordination, collaboration, and communication between IRES and government leaders.
  • Client Relations: Enhance customer visibility; engage with senior MDA officials; establish transparent and strategic relationships.
  • Culture of Caring: Promote a culture of care across the department.
  • Talent Development: Collaborate with HR to expand talent pools, attract top candidates, and maintain staffing and retention levels; champion local leadership development.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with corporate sales teams in pursuit of IRES rebid and new contract opportunities.

Qualifications:

Basic Requirements:

  • Must possess one of the following combinations of education and experience: HS Diploma (or GED) with 18 years of general experience; Associate's degree with 16 years of general experience; Bachelor's degree with 14 years of general experience; Master's degree with 12 years of general experience.
  • Must have 10 years of experience in a management or leadership role.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in leading and managing complex and diverse organizations.
  • Experience in Program Management, including project planning & management, risk management, strategic planning & execution, and contract performance management/assessments.
  • Must hold an active DoD Secret Security Clearance.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with missile defense or other complex weapon systems.
  • Experience with mission assurance/protection for critical military infrastructure.

Compensation: This position is expected to offer a salary range of $209,000 - $234,000 annually, based on experience, education, and relevant certifications.
