Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Integrated Program Planner to join our team at Lockheed Martin Corporation. As a key member of our program management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of our aerospace programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect, analyze, and report on program status progress in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure the Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) are networked and perform Critical Path analysis and reconciliation.
  • Contribute to the completion of weekly/monthly detailed analysis for major program events.
  • Assist in analyzing key intermediate milestones to provide status updates to the Integrated Master Plan (IMP).
  • Coordinate with major suppliers to collect and deliver current schedule information.
  • Manage schedule baselines and control, as well as assist in weekly/monthly variance analysis.
  • Assist in proposal generation, costing, and cost/schedule integration, including the integration of Risk Management Cube and mitigation plans.
  • Perform required schedule assessments using Risk Management tools.
  • Prepare and present briefing materials to management and customers in an efficient and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Program Performance Management knowledge, EVMS experience, and integrated cost & scheduling tool implementation.
  • Experience in presenting various types of reports to senior-level management.
  • Ability to apply organizational, planning, management, problem-solving, and execution skills to multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Expert use of DelTek suite (Open Plan, PMC, etc.).
  • Extensive experience with DCMA surveillance.
  • Extensive knowledge of developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
Preferred Skills:
  • Ability to consolidate detailed schedule data into management-level reporting.
  • Baselining experience.
  • Program start-up experience.
  • Excel skills (V-Lookup, Pivot Tables, etc.).
  • Cost and Schedule integration with regard to EVMS.
  • Ability to multi-task and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
  • Experience working with MDA as a customer.
