Booz Allen Hamilton is in search of a Systems Integration Engineer who will take charge of the hardware deployment for mission-critical systems within a newly established facility. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing the design strategy, coordinating transitions, and ensuring the successful installation of necessary systems. Your commitment and proficiency will be key in formulating a sustainable integration plan that aligns with the overall project timeline, ultimately supporting mission success.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in initiating, planning, and executing hardware installations in collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Expertise in crafting and executing a detailed strategy to facilitate seamless transitions for multiple programs.
- Familiarity with Department of Defense regulations and operational guidelines.
- Solid understanding of engineering principles related to network hardware and server systems.
- Knowledge of mission system functionalities.
- Strong negotiation skills for complex technical solutions involving key stakeholders.
- Ability to manage, organize, and direct multifaceted projects effectively.
- Collaborative mindset to work closely with different departments and agencies for successful integration into the overarching IT architecture.
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Experience collaborating with external organizations to manage resource access and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and their practical application.
- Understanding of risk management across various levels, including design and strategy.
- Capability to ensure project alignment with program goals, budget, timelines, and performance metrics.
- Leadership experience in guiding engineers and technicians, including strategic vision and mentorship.
Security Clearance:
Selected candidates will undergo a security review and must meet the eligibility criteria for classified information access; TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.
