Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wargames and Exercises Integrator to join our team at Mobius. The successful candidate will specialize in Modeling and Simulation Integration supporting the Missile Defense Agency's Directorate for Wargames and Exercises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the technical lead in all aspects of Missile Defense System Wargame and Exercise planning and execution
  • Conduct MDA Stakeholder coordination, Systems Engineering Integration and Test (SEIT), architecture development, element pre-test coordination, event documentation development, event execution, pre- and post-mission test activities, and compiling event Lessons Learned
  • Coordinate weekly planning meetings and technical activities involving diverse network and architecture configurations
  • Produce documentation in support of on-console activities and provide on-console support to the Mission Director, when required
  • Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, coordinate strategy implementation, write, prepare, and present briefings, build event documentation, reports, analyses, and other technical communication
Requirements
  • Able to communicate effectively with a broad spectrum of MDA and non-MDA stakeholders to integrate capabilities and requirements into increasingly complex event configurations
  • Able to organize multiple, concurrent team activities featuring dynamic requirements, aggressive schedules, and multiple stakeholder interfaces to resolve test event issues and challenges
  • Must be a self-starter, able to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to support international and domestic travel as required
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Experience with DoD; military hosted wargames, DoD Exercises and Wargames, test processes, and/or test execution desired
  • Familiar with the DoD JELC process
  • Familiarity or experience with Missile Defense Advanced Simulation (MDASIM), Open Systems Sensor Models (OSM), Extended Air Defense Simulation (EADSIM), or other M&S software desired
Clearance Requirements
  • ACTIVE DoD Secret Clearance or higher
Education Requirement
  • Bachelor of Science in an Engineering field and 7 years' relevant experience
  • Education and/or work experience must demonstrate the ability to learn and understand the operations of the highly complex Missile Defense System (MDS), coordinate the activities of multiple diverse MDS elements, and interact on a daily basis with the customer
