Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to our President, Sales, and Customer Service teams. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to manage multiple priorities, and maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Control the flow of calls and visitors to the company, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support to senior leadership, including expediting meetings, conferences, and other events.
  • Manage multiple priorities, including answering telephone calls, routing messages, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Operate the paging system, maintain the appearance of work areas, and ensure the efficient operation of office equipment.
  • Establish and maintain reservations for conference rooms, coordinate company social events, and assist with composing and publishing announcements and bulletins.
Requirements
  • Associates degree with 2 years of experience in an office/administrative setting.
  • Legible handwriting, good written and oral communication skills, and a pleasant speaking voice.
  • Working knowledge of MS Windows and office software (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a positive, professional demeanor under all circumstances.
