CyberCoders is seeking a highly motivated and skilled CAAS Manager to lead our accounting and advisory services team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in accounting, a passion for client service, and the leadership skills to drive growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic plans for clients in accordance with their goals and objectives
- Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Ensure that clients receive high-quality accounting and financial services
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of accounting professionals
- Manage client accounting and advisory services, including tax preparation and compliance
- Provide exceptional client service and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and lead business development initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA certification preferred
- 5+ years of experience in public accounting or related field
- Strong understanding of strategic planning and financial reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Quickbooks and other financial software
