Job Title: CAAS Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled CAAS Manager to lead our accounting and advisory services team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in accounting, a passion for client service, and the leadership skills to drive growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Strategic Plans: Create and execute strategic plans for clients in accordance with their goals and objectives.
  • Prepare and Review Financial Reports: Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Client Relationship Management: Ensure that clients receive high-quality accounting and financial services.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of accounting professionals.
  • Client Accounting and Advisory Services: Manage client accounting and advisory services, including tax preparation and compliance.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and lead business development initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • CPA Certification: CPA certification preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in public accounting or related field.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of strategic planning and financial reporting, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Quickbooks and other financial software.
