Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year.

Job Description

The Regional Finance Professional will be responsible for a variety of routine teller duties, including processing transactions, identifying basic potential financial needs, and making referrals to the platform area as appropriate. This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, provide excellent customer service, and be technically literate.

Responsibilities:

  • Transaction Processing: Process deposits to customer accounts, verify cash, endorse checks, and provide customers with receipts.
  • Check Cashing and Sales: Cash checks for customers and non-customers, and process the sale of official bank checks.
  • Foreign Currency Transactions: Process foreign currency purchases and sales.
  • Savings Bond Redemption: Redeem savings bonds.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Properly file all government-mandated reports related to large cash transactions and the sale of monetary instruments.
  • Loan and Credit Card Processing: Process various types of loan payments and credit card cash advances.
  • Safe Deposit Access: Assist with providing customers with access to safe deposit areas.
  • Sales and Referrals: Actively engage in the sales process by identifying potential financial needs for customers and non-customers alike and makes appropriate referrals of such leads to the platform staff for follow-up.
Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Outgoing Personality: You'll need to be outgoing, have good customer service skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Literacy: You should be technically literate and able to learn new skills quickly.
  • Travel Requirements: This role requires 100% travel throughout the region.
