Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.
  • Assist with managing office supplies, coordinating with external vendors, and supporting recruitment processes.
  • Help with employee onboarding, maintain accurate employee records, and assist with HR administrative tasks.
  • Contribute to organizing training sessions and company events, and assist with marketing communications as needed.
  • Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor, maintaining compliance with Quality System procedures and company policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience.
  • 0-2+ years experience in Admin, HR, Marketing or related field.
  • Excellent people and communication skills.
  • Superb attention to detail with efficient and precise work ethic.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
  • Must be able to safely move up to 25 lbs.

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for 50% of the time.

Compensation

We pay competitively. Base hourly rate range is $28.00. Other paid compensation and benefits may be available.
