Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Front of house duties, including tidying the lobby and front desk
  • Opening, sorting, and distributing mail
  • Greeting visitors and directing them to internal staff members
  • Making copies, scanning, binding, and sending out mail
  • Programming access devices
  • Coordinating clubhouse reservations
  • Other tasks as assigned by the management and/or accounting team
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
  • Ability to learn new systems and adapt to changing priorities
