About the Role

Sid Lee is seeking a seasoned Communications Strategy Director to lead our team in developing innovative and effective communications strategies for our clients. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional results through your expertise in communications planning, strategy development, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive communications strategies that align with client business objectives and drive measurable results.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to create and implement innovative communications campaigns that engage target audiences and drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop tailored communications solutions.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members to ensure strategic excellence and professional development.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform communications strategies and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in communications planning, strategy development, and team leadership in a top creative agency or similar environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering innovative and effective communications strategies that drive business growth and results.
  • Deep understanding of the media landscape, including traditional and digital channels, and ability to develop comprehensive media plans.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to articulate complex communications strategies and plans to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Advanced knowledge of media-based insight tools and ability to analyze data to inform communications strategies.
