Account Manager

At Nexvel, we're looking for a skilled Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our client success team, you'll be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating projects, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client onboarding and ongoing projects to ensure timely execution and client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate tasks across teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Track project progress and adjust timelines as needed.
  • Communicate with stakeholders and internal teams to ensure alignment and client satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, preferably in a marketing agency.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build client relationships.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and trends.
