Job Title: B2B Marketing Strategist

Brunner is seeking a highly skilled B2B Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive demand and generate leads for our B2B clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective B2B marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Consult marketing clients on creating alignment with other departments, such as sales and product development, to ensure seamless communication and alignment of marketing efforts.
  • Conduct research to identify target audiences, understand their needs, and develop tailored marketing campaigns to meet buyer's journey.
  • Work with the content marketing team to create and manage content marketing strategies, including blog posts, white papers, case studies, and social media content.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to optimize and improve future efforts.
  • Work with the data analytics team on testing methodologies to influence campaign optimizations.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and advertising.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing technologies and trends, and incorporate them into marketing strategies as appropriate.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation and lead driving strategies.
  • Management experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies.
  • Background in email marketing strategy development and execution preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with account-based marketing. Experience with Demandbase preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Understanding of SEO and SEM best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong project management skills.
