Job Overview

Mainspring Energy, Inc. is seeking a seasoned digital marketing professional to drive growth and demand generation efforts. As a Growth Marketing Strategist, you will collaborate with our Sales Development team to create and execute campaigns that complement and enhance the impact of our existing sales development outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive demand generation and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and create targeted marketing strategies.
  • Design and execute experiments to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI.
  • Lead the creative direction for marketing materials, ensuring alignment with the brand's voice and messaging.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to inform future efforts.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on campaign strategy, implementation, and optimization.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing successful campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
  • Proficiency in setting up and managing campaigns independently in platforms like Pardot and LinkedIn.
  • Exceptional marketing writing skills and ability to craft compelling content for various formats.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

What We Offer

Mainspring Energy, Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $140k-$165k, plus pre-IPO stock options and benefits. This role can be remote, and the salary will be adjusted to reflect local market conditions based on employee location and experience.
