- Evaluate system performance through calculations, tolerance analysis, FEA, or system simulation, identifying areas for improvement.
- Plan and conduct feasibility and verification testing to ensure product reliability and efficacy.
- Create comprehensive product and development documentation, including design specifications and testing protocols.
- Participate in design reviews of customer projects, providing expert feedback and guidance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with the team to implement solutions, driving efficiency and innovation.
- Completed studies in a technical field, such as mechanical engineering, biomedical engineering, Mechatronics, or medical technology.
- At least 3 years of experience in the development of combination products, with a strong understanding of design principles and engineering practices.
- Proficiency in CAD, design for injection molding, GD&T/GPS, and tolerance analysis, as well as experience with computer simulation tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
