Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
  • Develop business growth opportunities and lead implementation to meet company growth objectives.

  • Serves as the primary product expert to assist sales team, marketing team, customers and dealers with product, technical and/or application questions.
  • Generates enthusiasm among sales team, trains and coaches sales and marketing teams on becoming product experts.
  • Collaborates with the Product Manager by providing updates, reports, product specification changes.
  • Helps with the prospecting and sales processes to turn sales leads into opportunities.
  • Fosters and promotes professional, ethical, and positive interactions with current and potential customers and the construction equipment community.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide technical expertise to support sales efforts.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, providing ongoing product support and training.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive products, and provide insights to the development team for product improvement.
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials, including product brochures and technical specifications.
  • Train internal teams on product features, benefits, and competitive positioning.
  • Support the product launch process, including coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product releases.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the heavy equipment industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in using software and technology tools relevant to the machinery industry.
