The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying areas of improvement and proposing recommendations to management. They will lead and drive the implementation of these recommendations, assessing their impact on the business. If you are eager to learn, motivated, organized, and a great communicator, you can help us drive Medmix to the next level.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement production processes, schedules, and specifications to ensure efficient and cost-effective product availability.
  • Lead the implementation of new processes and equipment to maximize efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Ensure the operational readiness of production machines and automations, and lead troubleshooting activities.
  • Manage process documentation, develop and implement process improvements, and provide engineering support as needed.
  • Identify and implement cost optimization and reduction initiatives, and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in plastic components, injection molding, or automation.
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, knowledge of PLCs, and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong TEAM and LEAD mentality.
