As a Customer Service Resolution Team Lead, you will handle and resolve customer questions, complaints, and billing inquiries via phone or other communication channels. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all customer interactions are handled professionally, efficiently, and effectively, resulting in high levels of customer satisfaction.

We estimate that this role pays around $45,000-$60,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should also be proficient in using technology and software applications to manage customer interactions and data.
