Customer Service Resolution Team Lead

The University of Virginia is seeking a Customer Service Resolution Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Service department, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving patient responsibility balances with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism.
As a Customer Service Resolution Team Lead, you will handle and resolve customer questions, complaints, and billing inquiries via phone or other communication channels. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all customer interactions are handled professionally, efficiently, and effectively, resulting in high levels of customer satisfaction.
We estimate that this role pays around $45,000-$60,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
